Returns

Should you need to return part or all of your order, for any reason, please get in touch with our team at support@go-print-art.com stating the reason for your return. One of our team will arrange a prepaid label for you to return your order with or provide clear instructions for return. All orders must be sent in their original packaging and condition. Returns created will ship back to England, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please do not return your order without first arranging with the team, this may delay or invalidate your return.

Faulty Goods

We will need a description of the fault/s and photos clearly evidencing this. Please do not return your order without first arranging with the team, this may delay or invalidate your refund.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake while ordering or change your mind please get in touch with our team at support@go-print-art.com as soon as possible. Depending on where your purchase is in the production process we may be able to cancel your order but this cannot be guaranteed.

Sustainability

We are regularly reviewing how to work in the most sustainable way possible. All our products are made with responsibly sourced and sustainable materials. Our printing partner uses paper and wood from sustainably managed forests with a sustainable forest management system in place. Products are printed only when ordered and shipped from local locations.

We currently ship throughout the UK, Other countries are coming soon.

Our collections are ever expanding! If you are an artist who is interested in collaboration with a generous profit share but none of the practicalities of sales please get in touch. We will support you through the process and promote your work! Contact our team to be considered with examples or links to your work through support@go-print-art.com.
