By accessing our website and/or purchasing products from Digimixa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products and Services
Digimixa provides a range of art prints, digital art, and related products. All products and services offered on this website are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We aim to depict prints as accurately as possible, however there may be discrepancies based on the printing process and different screen resolutions.
4. Copyright and Use of Products
All products, including art prints and digital downloads, are the exclusive property of Digimixa and/or the original artist. Upon purchasing a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the product strictly for display purposes.
5. Restrictions on Reproduction and Copying
No Reproduction: Purchased art prints, digital downloads, and any other products from Digimixa may not be reproduced, copied or duplicated. No Derivative Works: Modification, alteration, or creation of derivative works from the purchased product is strictly prohibited. Prohibited Commercial Use: Use of purchased digital or physical artwork for any commercial purpose, redistribution, resale, or in any form of promotional content is strictly prohibited.
6. Faulty Items and Returns
Reporting Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or damaged, you must report it to support@digimixa.com within 30 days of receiving it. Faulty items reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for return, refund or replacement. Our team will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Returns and Refunds: Should you need to return part or all of your order, for any reason, please get in touch with our team at support@go-print-art.com stating the reason for your return. One of our team will arrange a prepaid label for you to return your order with or provide clear instructions for return. All orders must be sent in their original packaging and condition. Returns created will ship back to England, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refunded amount. Digital Downloads: The nature of receiving a digital download means that Once a digital download has been received it is not able to be returned or refunded in any way.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances
Digimixa shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to; extreme weather events, fire, lightning, changes in governmental regulations, technical disruptions, failures in power, telecommunications, or computer systems, and delays or failures in services provided by subcontractors due to such circumstances. In such cases, Digimixa is exempt from liability for damages or other obligations. If such circumstances continue for more than one month, either the Customer or Digimixa may terminate the purchase agreement with immediate effect. Digimixa will endeavour to communicate with the customer during this time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Digimixa website, including images, graphics, designs, text, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Brindle Solutions LTD Unauthorised use of this content is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.Acceptable Use of Art Prints: Displaying the purchased prints in personal spaces such as homes, offices, or studios. Gifting the prints to friends or family. Using the prints for personal enjoyment and decoration. Reselling the original, unaltered physical print as part of a personal collection (if permitted by the website’s terms). Framing and preserving the prints for long-term personal use. Unacceptable Use of Art Prints: Reproducing, copying, or scanning the prints for personal or commercial use. Selling digital copies or unauthorized reproductions of the prints. Altering the prints and presenting them as original works. Using the prints in advertising, marketing, or for any commercial purposes without explicit permission. Incorporating the prints into derivative works for sale or public display. Sharing or distributing digital versions of the prints online or offline. Claiming the art as one’s own creation or using it to promote a business or service without authorization. Our art is sourced from different streams: Created art, designed in house or in collaboration with freelance artists, this may influence price as royalties may be due to artists in some instances Curated pieces which include a mix of expired copyright or expressed agreement from the artist or their estate for use of their pieces, again this can result in variations in price between pieces depending on the agreement Please be aware that some art may be partially created or enhanced with the use of AI.
9. Limitation of Liability
Brindle Solutions LTD and Digimixa are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, or from any unauthorised reproduction or misuse of our products by a third party.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Digimixa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
